TERMS & CONDITIONS – HORSE TRANSFORMATION B.V.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Horse Transformation B.V.
the company established in Heino, The Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 99189887.

Customer
any natural person who purchases a digital course or service from Horse Transformation B.V.

Digital course
all online courses, trainings, videos, lessons, texts, PDF files, workbooks, audio files, and other digital educational materials provided by Horse Transformation B.V.

Annual subscription
a digital course for which the customer is granted access for a period of 12 months, which is automatically renewed annually unless cancelled in time.

Course with fixed access
a digital course for which access is granted for a specified period or without automatic renewal.

Instalment payment
a payment arrangement in which the total price of a digital course is paid in multiple instalments. Instalment payment is not a subscription and is separate from automatic renewal.

Agreement
the agreement between Horse Transformation B.V. and the customer relating to the delivery of a digital course.

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all digital courses and services offered by Horse Transformation B.V.

By purchasing a course, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Any deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by Horse Transformation B.V.

Article 3 – Offer and conclusion of the agreement

The offer contains a clear description of the digital course, including the duration of access and the payment conditions.

The agreement is concluded at the moment of purchase and successful payment.

Horse Transformation B.V. reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of incorrect information or misuse.

Article 4 – Access to the course

Access to the digital course is granted after successful payment.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and contact details.

The account is personal and non-transferable.

Horse Transformation B.V. may block access in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

Article 5 – Annual subscriptions

For an annual subscription, the following applies:

• access for a period of 12 months;

• automatic renewal for successive periods of 12 months;

• renewal at the rate applicable at that time, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing by email no later than one month before the end of the current subscription period.

After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the already paid period.

Article 6 – Courses with fixed access

For digital courses with fixed access:

• access is granted for the duration stated in the offer;

• no automatic renewal applies.

Horse Transformation B.V. reserves the right to update or modify the content of a course.

Article 7 – Prices and payment

All prices are stated including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in advance, either in full or in instalments if offered.

In the case of instalment payments:

• the payment obligation remains in force until the full amount has been paid;

• instalment payments do not entitle the customer to terminate the payment obligation early;

• instalment payments are separate from automatic renewal or the duration of access.

In the event of non-payment, access may be temporarily suspended until payment obligations are fulfilled.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)

Horse Transformation B.V. applies a voluntary 14-day cooling-off period for digital courses.

The cooling-off period starts on the day of purchase.

Within this period, the agreement may be cancelled without stating reasons.

Upon cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days.

After the cooling-off period has expired, no refunds will be granted.

Article 9 – Use of digital content

It is not permitted to:

• share login credentials;

• copy, distribute, or make digital content publicly available;

• make screen recordings or downloads;

• use content for commercial purposes.

In the event of a violation, Horse Transformation B.V. may immediately terminate access without refund.

Article 10 – Intellectual property

All digital content remains the property of Horse Transformation B.V.

The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

Article 11 – Availability

Horse Transformation B.V. strives for continuous availability of its digital learning environment but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

Such interruptions do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Article 12 – Liability

All information and training are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute individual training, medical, or veterinary advice.

The customer remains fully responsible for their own actions and for the safety of themselves and their horse.

Horse Transformation B.V. is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the provided information.

Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the company’s insurance.

Article 13 – Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of Horse Transformation B.V., as available on the website.

Article 14 – Termination of access

Horse Transformation B.V. may terminate access to a digital course if:

• misuse of the account occurs;

• incorrect information has been provided;

• payment obligations are not met;

• these terms and conditions are violated.

In such cases, no refund will be granted.

Article 15 – Applicable law

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Horse Transformation B.V. is established.
