Why I, Astrid, started this challenge

Over the past 10 years, I have fought to regain my own health. I was tired, exhausted, and far too heavy. Even though I tried so many things to get fitter and lose weight, I remained unsuccessful for a long time.

✨ My journey:

🌍 I tried nutritionists, my general practitioner, gyms, and various diets without any meaningful results.
🌍 Eventually, my weight increased to over 149 kilos!
